PENNETTE FROM GRAGNANO WITH PRAWNS AND PORCINI MUSHROOMS “ALL’ARRABBIATA”

All the flavour of traditional Gragnano style pasta and a classic “arrabbiata” (angry, i.e. spicy) sauce with a twist – the addition of prawns and porcini mushrooms to lift this dish based on small tubes of pasta and give it some “swagger”
